We're currently accepting both male and female new starters from 7 years - and there's no upper age limit. At Nailsea Karate, students will improve their self awareness, self confidence and self esteem. Parents and teachers continually report on the improvement in the behaviour of children who train regularly.
Our sister club, Backwell Karate, also runs 10 week introductory courses for children aged 5-7. Visit the Backwell Karate Bushido Warriors page to find out when the next course starts.
If you're an adult and are worried about trying something new, don't be! Many people don't start Karate until they're in their late thirties and forties and our members range from 7 through to 60.
Please e-mail or call before coming for the first time so we can target the lesson better for you.
If you've trained in the past or you do Karate at another club and want to supplement your training, you're welcome to come along to Nailsea Karate. Just send us a short email before you visit, then come along and make yourself known before the start of the lesson.
